How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?
Most orders are handcrafted and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. This includes our design phase, production, and express global shipping.
Are your neon signs energy-efficient and safe?
Yes, our signs use advanced LED flex technology. They are energy-efficient, cool to the touch, and much more durable than traditional glass neon.
What is included in the box with my purchase?
Every Saturday Neon sign comes with a power adapter, a remote control for dimming/effects, and a complete wall mounting kit for easy installation.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We provide a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all indoor signs, covering any electrical defects or malfunctions.
Can I use my neon sign outdoors?
Our standard signs are for indoor use. However, we offer specialized weatherproofing options for outdoor events or storefronts upon request.
What is your return policy?
Since each piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your sign arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
